Judge Robert Anderson awarded me 375 payments at $600 per week for a total of $225,000.

Verizon stopped weekly Workers’ Compensation payments to me on June 5, 2022.

Sedgwick Claims notified NYS Workers’ Compensation Board that it made 349 payments to me for a total of $178,750.

Verizon still owes me $46,250 if Sedgwick Claims’ calculations are correct.

Please order Verizon to pay remaining $46,250 owed.

Chair Rodriguez,

As the sheriff, please enforce the law (Section 32). As the sheriff, please let Sedgwick Claims and all insurance carriers know that no insurance carrier is above the law.

Dear NY FBI, why would God let my $30 USPS Express Mail delivery to NYS Workers’ Compensation Board Chair Clarissa M Rodriguez get stuck at USPS International Distribution Center in Jamaica?
